Birdy has toured the country for many years demonstrating her Polymer Clay Art. Over the years she has held workshops in Scotland, all over the UK, The Isle of Mann, the Isle of Wight, and Germany. It is a great way to meet new people and many have become firm friends and fellow Polymer Clay enthusiasts. Her latest show was at the NEC Birmingham where she demonstrated using URO Clay which is a new Polymer Clay produced here in the UK. URO is much like Fimo to use but far stronger and ideal to add to glitter without being weakened. Her jewellery techniques have amazed those watching as she shows them how easy it is to produce beads and buttons out of Polymer Clay. Howard rigs up a large screen behind Birdy at the shows so those at the back don’t have to miss out on a fantastic demo! Many of the exhibitions are run by the International Craft and Hobby Fair company. Please see their website for further info: ICHF Other shows are run by Crafts4crafters Please check their website for further info.
